NB: Luggage & board bags can only be sent by courier because of the size & weight, so we only ship to UK Mainland, which may take up to 5 working days. If ordered before 10am we can send on a next day delivery, but usually on 24-48 hour delivery. 
N.B. Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays/Sundays or Bank Holidays.

The despatch of your purchase should take place within 12 working hours of receiving online and phone orders paid for by card (excludes public holidays). Once you have placed an order online you will receive an email from The Original Surf Shop confirming the details of your order. An additional email will be sent when the order has been packed and despatched from The Original Surf Shop.

The Original Surf Shop uses Royal Mail 1st Class/Business Post and a Courier Network to deliver your orders, both of which have provided a reliable and dependable delivery service. All our goods need a signature upon receipt for your security and ours, using our delivery method means a safer delivery service.

Delivery to the UK using our standard 1st Class delivery on orders over £10.00 is free and normally takes 1 to 3 working days. If the delivery is to a remote location or placed over the Christmas period this may take a few days longer. Please note that a signature will be required upon the delivery of the goods.

Please note that if payment is by cheque or postal order then the despatch of your order will occur once the payment has cleared (generally 7 to 10 days for cheques).

If no one is at the delivery address when our carrier tries to deliver your order, the carrier will leave notification of an attempted delivery. The note will specify if you need to contact them to; arrange an alternative delivery date, to collect the parcel, or if they will re-attempt delivery the following day. This may be specific to UK deliveries only.

If you would like to purchase items from The Original Surf Shop but you are located outside of the UK and your country does not appear on the list, then please drop us an e-mail and we will happily discuss delivery arrangements.

*Please note that some remote areas of the UK cannot be reached using this delivery method i.e Some Scotish Isles,the Channel Islands and Some Areas of Ireland and Northern Island. Should this be the case a Customer Services representative will contact you.

Special delivery\next day orders must be made before 3pm to be delivered before 17:00 the following working day Monday to Friday(N.B.Luggage/Board bags next day orders must be place be for 10am). Otherwise it will be despatched on the next working day. If you have selected the Next Day Delivery option there will be a charge added to your order. Please remember we can not sent any deliveries on a Sunday or Bank Holidays.

There are some postcodes that we are unable to offer 24hr/Next Day delivery, these include:
AB - Aberdeen, BT - Belfast, GY - Guernsey, FK - Falkirk, HS - Isle Of Lewis, IM - Isle Of Man, IV - Inverness, JE - Jersey, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, TR21-25 - Isles of Scilly, ZE - Shetland.
Courier services to these areas will generally take an additional 2-3 working day(s).
